Vlad the Impaler: A ruler of Romania between 1428-1431, also; 1476-1477. born in 1431, died; 1477. Considered a Hero of Romania, As he ruled, he would take the enemies of Romania and Impale them upon very large spikes, on the way to his castle and many in front of the castle as a warning to all that wage war against his republic. He was the second son of Vlad the 2nd of Dracul. Vlad’s last name was the inspiration behind Brom Stokers’ Dracula ( Meaning Dragon ) Size 9”x12”, in Ink and some colored pencil.
