BTK Killer: Dennis Radar- This terrifying “sleeper” serial killing intermittently between 1974 – 1991. Victims: at least 10, under which he created the persona of Bind Torture Kill. Radar during 1974 through to 2004, would taunt the authorities, though the press; with threats of letters, drawings, and dolls. Radar, like Gacy; hid behind his family man, community image. It is truly very chilling to watch him talk about his killings during his court testimonies.
